What You'll Be Doing As a Process/Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production operations. You will have the opportunity to: Implement and optimize our advanced manufacturing technology , including robotics, vision systems, and DC electric tools. Enhance efficiency by improving workplace design , process flow, and equipment layouts on our assembly and test lines. Act as a key technical resource, analyzing production data and collaborating with shop floor personnel to solve tooling and process challenges. Lead projects to improve current manufacturing methods , driving cost reductions and boosting product quality. Champion a culture of safety and quality, ensuring all processes meet our high standards and contribute to a safe, clean, and orderly work environment . What We're Looking For A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Agricultural Engineering or Technology; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. A logical and practical approach to problem-solving , with the ability to analyze complex situations objectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with the ability to collaborate effectively from the plant floor to management. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
