Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join its largest North American production facility located in Northeast Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on manufacturing support, process improvement, and leading impactful engineering projects in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading manufacturing and process improvement projects Supporting production operations and troubleshooting Improving tooling, equipment, plant layout, and manufacturing efficiency Driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction efforts Working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and production teams Supporting new equipment installation and process development

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Injection molding experience preferred Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement Strong troubleshooting and project management skills
