Manufacturing Engineer - Entry-level (Die Cast)

Full-Time, Exempt About the
Role:
We are looking for an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to join our die casting team. This role is perfect for a recent engineering graduate or early-career candidate who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems on the production floor. You will support process improvements, quality issues, and day-to-day engineering needs within our die cast operations. What You'll Do Assist with optimizing die casting and secondary machining processes Collect and analyze production data to support improvement projects Help troubleshoot casting defects and support root-cause analysis Update work instructions, process sheets, and documentation Support new equipment/tooling installation and testing Partner with production, maintenance, tooling, and quality teams Participate in Lean/5S and continuous improvement activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Associate degree with hands-on experience also considered) Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Effective communication skills and comfort working on the production floor Nice to
Have:
