Apply Apply Now Job Description In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Support and promote a strong safety culture. Troubleshoot issues within the manufacturing facility, using root cause analysis tools, to identify the source and provide corrective solutions Collaborate within the team and across departments on projects from inception to completion. Design Tooling, Jigs, Fixtures, and Facilities Equipment utilizing SolidWorks. Identify and Facilitate Implementation of process improvements. Determine specifications and initiate the purchase of materials and components Develop Best Practices and Procedures; communicate these to employees through Visual Workplace, Formal Training, and Area meetings. Coordinate and communicate with all levels of the organization (formal and informal presentations).

For This Role, You Will Need:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in engineering or a closely related field Mechanical Aptitude Interest in manufacturing
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field of study. Junior or Senior Class standing Hands-on manufacturing experience from a previous job or internship, or a project-based academic assignment CAD Experience, preferably SolidWorks Excellent oral and written communication skills Our Culture & Commitment to
