Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the installation of new equipment for product diagnostics and upgrades.
Collaborate in the design and upkeep of comprehensive test systems, leveraging both mechanical and software components. Conduct in-depth analyses to determine root causes of product defects and malfunctions. Accurately document repair processes and maintain detailed records to support continuous improvement. Communicate insights from product examinations to development teams to influence design enhancements. Develop detailed protocols for efficient troubleshooting and repair. Directly repair and ensure the safety and quality of refurbished products. Lead technical guidance initiatives for operations, ensuring skill development through mentoring.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Hands-on exposure to microprocessor or microcontroller product manufacturing is essential. Robust problem-solving capabilities paired with an eagerness to engage and learn. Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively within a team setting. Familiarity with switching power supplies and the development of automated testing systems is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve electronic circuit issues using schematics and test equipment. Knowledge of safe laboratory and manufacturing procedures. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
