Job Description

Manufacturing engineering role focused on factory support, troubleshooting, process documentation, tooling, routings, and continuous improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related experience 1+ years of factory support and manufacturing engineering experience Experience with routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, capacity plans, line design, methods documentation, maintenance, quality plans, labor standards, and troubleshooting Experience supporting manufacturing operations Experience gathering and analyzing data for recurring manufacturing tasks Preferred Skills SAP experience Knowledge of DC electric torque equipment Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems Robotics experience Manufacturing experience Factory automation experience Experience developing or procuring tooling Experience with mistake-proofing processes Job Responsibilities Provide support and basic troubleshooting for current manufacturing operations Investigate, gather, and analyze data for assigned recurring tasks Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans, and labor standards for current operation revisions Support new parts or programs of limited scope Develop and procure tooling for new processes and new parts Develop and procure mistake-proofing solutions for new processes and new parts Participate in continuous improvement teams Support manufacturing engineering activities related to capacity planning, line design, maintenance, quality planning, and labor standards
