12 months with possible extension Job Summary As a Foundry OFP Manufacturing Engineer, you will lead and support manufacturing engineering initiatives across the foundry floor. Working in a collaborative, team?based environment, you will partner closely with engineers, supervisors, and operators to support order fulfillment and improve manufacturing processes. This role is highly hands?on, with the majority of time spent on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute manufacturing engineering projects Collaborate with cross?functional teams to support production and continuous improvement Provide direct shop?floor support, spending approximately 75% of your time in the manufacturing environment Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in foundry or process manufacturing engineering Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Project management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Effective communication, analytical, and problem?solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience designing manufacturing lines or production processes Familiarity with SAP, MES, Creo, and AutoCAD Background in controls engineering or safety system design Experience programming or troubleshooting FANUC robotics Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience
