Manufacturing Engineer II - Assembly#26-20115 $32.83-$37.83 per hour Waterloo, IA Onsite Job Description Our client, a Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II - Assembly for their Waterloo, IA location.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and basic trouble shooting for current operations. Investigates, gathers, and analyze data for specifically assigned, recurring tasks. Establish routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of limited scope. Develop and/or procure tooling and mistake proofing for new processes and/or new parts Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) teams
Requirements:
One or more years of demonstration support and manufacturing engineering knowledge (routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, capacity plans/line design, methods documentation, maintenance, quality plans and labor standards, troubleshooting, etc.) Work experience in a team environment Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution Experience with SAP Knowledge of DC Electric torque equipment Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Robotics experience Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology or related experience ious manufacturing, robotics, factory automation experience a plus.
