FT M-F Project Engineer - Capital Pr ojects & Fixed Assets We are seeking a Project Engineer to oversee capital investment projects related to fixed assets, including asset relocation, optimization, and acquisition from concept development through project completion. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company engineering, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will support all project phases, including conceptual design, engineering, implementation, start-up, and closeout while driving operational efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related discipline) 1-3+ years of engineering or project management experience Knowledge of plant design, CAPEX projects, equipment procurement, and Lean Manufacturing principles Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and Visio This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional who enjoys leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
