Project types include:
Warehouse/distribution centersSchoolsOffice developmentsRetail developmentsHealthcare developmentsRecreation developmentsKey ResponsibilitiesDesign pavement systems.
Design watermain systems.
Design sanitary sewer systems.
Design storm sewer systems.
Design stormwater management systems.
Design roadways.
Perform grading and earthwork design.
Prepare erosion control plans.
Prepare stormwater pollution prevention plans.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation required at a minimum.
PE License is a plus.3+ years of experience in land development-related engineering design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.Civil 3D experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility and ability to adapt to project needs.
