Job Description

Seeking qualified Design Engineer with Master's in Aerospace Engineering or CS or IT and 6 months of work experience to Resolve complex flow dynamics, thermal, and structural challenges for industrial equipment using Ansys Fluent and Mechanical, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Develop drag and pressure drop studies for refinery pipeline networks and HVAC systems, optimizing flow distribution and minimizing energy losses. Frequent/Occasional travel may be required to unanticipated work-site locations within US as a roving employee. No relocation required. Familiarity with the Pressure Vessel / Heat Exchanger Design Familiarity with ANSYS and HTRI is a plus Structural Design and Analysis Finite Element Analysis Computational Fluid Dynamics CAD Conduct thermal simulations on the BMU to optimize thermal design so that the products work satisfactorily as per customer current requirements. Help with component placement, heatsink design, busbar design, etc. with the help of the simulation results. Conduct various thermal tests with different current pulses on the BMU. Do data acquisition and correlation. Writing reports for the completed design and analysis Use of Computer Science in different phases of engineering and administration Minimum GPA of 3.0 Bachelor degree is required, masters degree is a plus Highly motivated, self starter, good problem solving skills, fast learner Demonstrate organization and planning skills to execute multitask projects Aspiring candidates should e-mail their resumes to [email protected].
