Job Description

DESIGN ENGINEER

w/ Master's Deg or foreign equiv in Aerospace Engg, CS, or IT & 6 mos of rltd work exp.

Job Loc:

Optimum Engineering Solution Inc., 1 Country Club View, Edwardsville, IL 62025.

Job duties:

Resolve complex flow dynamics, thermal & structural challenges for industrial eqpmt using Ansys Fluent/Mechanical to ensure performance & reliability; conduct BMU thermal simulations/tests, data acquisition & correlation; support component, heatsink & busbar dsgn using simulation results; dvlp drag & pressure-drop studies for refinery pipeline n/works & HVAC systems to optimize flow & minimize energy losses. Frequent/Occasional travel may be reqd to unanticipated work-site locations w/in US as a roving employee. No relocation reqd.
