Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Leadership A growing and highly respected industrial manufacturer is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations within a technologically advanced and expanding production environment. This leadership position will oversee product design, manufacturing engineering, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project execution supporting a complex engineered product portfolio. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on engineering leader who enjoys developing teams, driving operational excellence, and leading innovation within a dynamic manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team responsible for product design, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee engineering activities related to product development, 3D modeling, technical documentation, and design-for-manufacturing efforts. Provide technical leadership supporting manufacturing operations, including automation, tooling, welding processes, and production optimization. Partner closely with operations, supply chain, sales, quality, and executive leadership to support business objectives and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement programs, capital equipment projects, and productivity enhancements throughout the facility. Manage engineering resources, project timelines, budgets, and strategic priorities. Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations. Support customer-driven engineering projects, product enhancements, and custom solution development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and industrial production environments. Experience with 3D CAD software and engineering analysis tools. Familiarity with fabrication, welding, automation, and manufacturing support engineering. Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Proven success operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Preferred Experience Experience within industrial manufacturing, engineered products, HVAC, refrigeration, pressure vessels, or related industries. Background supporting automated or highly automated manufacturing operations. Knowledge of industry codes, engineering standards, and regulated manufacturing environments. Experience with new product development, product innovation, and research & development initiatives.
