Develop manufacturing processes for centrifugal casting. Prepare and start up equipment daily. Document experimental results and findings. Execute Design of Experiments (DOE) activities. Communicate results, adjustments, and roadblocks to the team. Participate in weekly progress meetings. Work primarily on the shop floor (75% of the time).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the development and implementation of centrifugal casting methods. Conduct and execute manufacturing experiments (DOEs). Analyze and document test results. Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues. Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. 2 to 4 years of industrial/manufacturing experience required.REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
Manufacturing Safety GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Problem Solving Microsoft Office Hands-on manufacturing experience Familiarity with Foundry ProcessesDESIRED SKILLS
