Manufacturing Engineer (Direct Hire) Mendota Area Full-Time | Direct Hire Monday

• $35/hour (Based on Experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize cabinet manufacturing processes utilizing advanced CNC machinery and woodworking technology.

This is a hands-on role focused on continuous improvement, equipment integration, and process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and improve manufacturing processes using CNC equipment such as: Homag StoreTeq, SawTeq, CentaTeq, EdgeTeq, and similar systems Lead process improvements and implement new technologies, products, and equipment Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Analyze and optimize workflow, facility layout, equipment placement, and space utilization Develop process flow charts, production schedules, and performance standards Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Management teams Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions Research, recommend, and support upgrades to existing equipment Install and configure manufacturing software systems Conduct training on European machinery and advanced manufacturing technology Serve as a liaison between the company and equipment manufacturers Participate in long-term strategic planning initiatives Qualifications Experience in manufacturing engineering within woodworking or cabinet production preferred Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and automated manufacturing systems Ability to analyze processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with facility layout, workflow optimization, and production planning Why Join Us?
