We have a customer in Oregon, IL (near Rockford, IL) who has an

In this role you will be directly involved in process analysis, investigation of new production methods, equipment layout, material handling and effective utilization of manpower, equipment and materials used in the production of custom road maintenance equipment. You will also be involved in continuous improvement for all quality systems and make recommendations for the improvement of operations performance, reduction of waste and delays and promoting cost reductions and operating efficiencies company-wide. This is a
DIRECT HIRE
position and must be worked on-site Salary Range for this position is 85K with a 20% bonus target
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering or similar and 8 years+ experience Experience in developing and maintaining program of continuous analysis and improvement of manufacturing processes for machining, welding, assembly of large road maintenance, construction or similar equipment a plus Able to recommend capital equipment upgrades, replacements, jigs, fixtures Experience developing and maintaining necessary data for manufacturing and inventory control, production routings, work standards, lead times, capacity planning and more Review of customer contract and quality requirements and compliance Coordination of manufacturing and quality processes and procedures CNC experience including manual programming and nesting S/W programming skills Good communication skills #PRI
