Onsite Job Summary We are seeking a Cooling Design Engineer with 3 4+ years of experience in mechanical engineering design and cooling system development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing cooling components and systems based on customer and project requirements. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and customers throughout the product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, functional specification, 3D CAD design, prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and production release. Strong experience with Creo 3D modeling, Teamcenter, GD&T, cooling systems, and mechanical design is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, modify, and improve cooling system components and assemblies based on customer and project requirements. Collaborate with internal engineering teams, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and development objectives. Develop 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using Creo CAD. Support cooling component/system development from customer engagement and requirements gathering through design, testing, validation, and product delivery. Coordinate component and system development activities as part of a cross-functional project team. Review project requirements and assist with estimating project scope, timing, resources, and costs. Build, coordinate, and support the testing and analysis of engineering prototypes. Reuse approved design components and libraries while following established engineering procedures and standards. Perform routine modifications to engineering schematics and drawings. Create 2D and 3D views, perspective drawings, orthogonal views, and detailed engineering drawings. Required Technical Skills 3 4+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering Design / Product Development . Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field . Experience with cooling systems technology and cooling component applications . Strong Creo CAD experience, including 3D modeling and intermediate drafting. Experience creating models for components including fabrications, castings, and modular assemblies. Experience with Teamcenter and engineering document/product release processes. Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) . Knowledge of mechanical design, product development, testing, and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of thermodynamics, thermal simulation, and structural analysis . Preferred Qualifications Experience with complete cooling system/component development lifecycle . Experience with prototype development, testing, and validation. Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing teams. Soft Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
