Job Description:

Role Overview Manufacturing Engineers with expertise in machining and machine building are responsible for designing, building, installing, and optimizing advanced production equipment and processes. They serve as a critical link between design engineering and shop floor execution, ensuring complex designs are translated into high-precision, repeatable manufacturing outcomes. Equipment & Process Development:

Design, assemble, and install manufacturing equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures aligned to production requirement s

Operational Excellence & Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and machine failures using data-driven approaches such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA )

Process Documentation:

Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process sheets to standardize operations and ensure consistenc y

Supplier & Vendor Collaboration:

Engage with external machine builders and suppliers for equipment procurement, commissioning, and buy-off validatio n

CNC Programming & Optimization:

Develop, debug, and optimize CNC programs (3 , 4-, and 5-axis) across milling, turning, and grinding operations to enhance efficiency, cycle time, and precisio nDesign for Manufacturability (DFM): Review engineering drawings and provide feedback or redesign components to improve manufacturability and cost effectivenes s Core Technical Capabiliti esMachine building, installation, and commissioni ngDesign for Manufacturability (DFM)Machining process optimization and cycle time reducti onAdvanced troubleshooting and Root Cause Analys isTechnical documentation and requirements captu reVendor management and procurement coordinati on Technical Expert ise
