Capital Projects Engineer

Summary:

Capital projects engineering role focused on leading automation equipment sourcing, vendor management, and multi-million-dollar manufacturing project execution from design through launch. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field 5+ years of relevant capital projects experience Experience leading capital equipment purchases for automation projects Experience leading multi-million-dollar capital purchase and launch programs in a manufacturing environment Experience sourcing and managing vendors for automation-related projects Project management and project engineering experience Knowledge of project planning, management, and execution Knowledge of PTC Creo Experience supporting execution from design through fabrication, whether sourced externally or built in-house Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing environments with large-scale automation programs Experience working with major heavy equipment or industrial manufacturers Experience managing automation-focused launch programs Experience with equipment design, fabrication, and vendor coordination Responsibilities Lead capital projects related to automation equipment and manufacturing systems Manage sourcing and selection of vendors for capital equipment purchases Lead multi-million-dollar capital purchase and launch programs in a manufacturing setting Oversee project execution from design through fabrication and implementation Coordinate project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities Support automation project engineering efforts across sourced and in-house fabrication work Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver capital projects under general supervision

Pay:
