1st, Full Time #ManufacturingAnalytics #SmartFactory #Industry40 Job Summary The Manufacturing Analytics Engineer connects factory operations, automation systems, and data analytics to drive performance, visibility, and continuous improvement. This role develops dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting solutions while partnering with manufacturing, engineering, and digital technology teams to advance smart factory capabilities. Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key manufacturing KPIs (OEE, downtime, throughput, quality, scrap, cycle time)
- Transform data from factory systems (PLC, SCADA, MES, historians) into reliable, analytics-ready datasets
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve automation, data infrastructure, and system connectivity
- Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and standardize data models, metrics, and reporting approaches
- Analyze performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights, root cause analysis, and scalable analytics solutions
- Train end users and document tools, standards, and best practices Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience working with aerospace manufacturing systems:
PLC, SCADA, MES
- Bachelor"s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights
- Comfortable operating in both shop floor and data/analytics environments
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
