TAC Rockford's Manufacturing and Engineering Assistant position is more than just a job - it's a hands-on apprenticeship in modern manufacturing. We don't expect you to know everything on day one; we are looking for a fast learner who is ready to be mentored by our production and engineering teams. If you're a "maker" at heart, this is your next step. What You'll Do (and Learn): Assist with precision measurement and calibration Operate CNC machines and 3D printers Create CAD drawings and product visuals Assemble prototypes and short-run products Work alongside engineers and production specialists With engineering, CNC machining, and assembly all under one roof, you'll play an integral role as products move from concept to completion.

Compensation is based on skills and experience.
