The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a 3.0 or higher GPA Prior engineering internship, co-op, or professional experience preferred. Experience using CAD/design software and standard business applications. Exposure to product design, manufacturing environments, and engineering best practices. Understanding of fabrication, machining, or other industrial production processes is a plus. Familiarity with simulation, modeling, and design validation tools is advantageous. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
