- Weekend coverage required based on production needs Primary Responsibilities Support 3rd shift production operations to maintain uptime and productivity Assist operators, maintenance teams, and salaried staff with production issues
Troubleshoot:
MES (Manufacturing Execution System) issues Automated welding processes Manual welding processes Train operators on processes and equipment Support implementation and execution of new and existing manufacturing processes Develop and maintain process documentation Participate in process improvement and project-related activities Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with manual and robotic welding systems Fanuc robotics welding experience preferred Strong troubleshooting skills for automated and manual manufacturing processes Ability to work independently and within a team environment Comfortable working in ambiguous or changing situations Strong verbal and written English communication skills Ability to follow up on work tickets, action items, and team communications Strong documentation skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly: Excel Outlook Ideal Candidate Profile A hands-on manufacturing engineer who enjoys supporting production in a fast-paced environment, has welding automation experience (preferably Fanuc robotics), can quickly troubleshoot issues during off-shift operations, and is comfortable taking ownership of production support activities with minimal supervision.
