Job Description Support and optimize Swiss CNC machining processes Assist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives Analyze machining methods to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Work closely with production and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challenges Support programming and process development activities Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout machining operations Collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering personnel to ensure successful project execution MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
