Columbus, Indiana job type: Contract salary: $60 - 70 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives for Our Client.

Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes across operations.

Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Our Client's standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.

Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices while coordinating cross-functional resources to execute project deliverables on time.

Serve as a technical leader by coaching stakeholders, sharing expertise, and influencing key business leaders and external partners.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related technical field) with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience. Demonstrated expertise in drawing interpretation, analysis-led design, equipment selection, tooling solutions, and ergonomic best practices. Proven ability in structured problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to advance Our Client's goals.
