Our technology helps production teams operate more efficiently, reduce downtime, and scale with confidence. This is a major growth period for us. Demand for our automation solutions has increased significantly, and we are expanding across multiple facilities and product lines. Our systems make it easy for manufacturers to monitor equipment, optimize throughput, and maintain high reliability across complex operations. We integrate with leading industrial hardware vendors and automation platforms. Our solutions help teams streamline workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall equipment effectiveness. We are privately funded, have been in business for more than a decade, and employ over 100 people nationwide. This role is on-site, working directly with engineering and production teams to support real-time troubleshooting, commissioning, and system development. Due to growth, we are hiring a Controls Engineer (Level 1 or 2) experienced with: PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
Control system troubleshooting
Industrial automation and process control
Electrical schematics, wiring, and instrumentation
Wireless communication systems for manufacturing
Root-cause analysis and system recovery Experience with any of the following is a plus: SCADA or HMI development
Industrial networking (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet)
CAD tools for control panel design
Python or scripting for automation
Robotics or motion control
Cloud-connected monitoring systems
