The Greenwood scope of manufacturing and assembly includes the measuring principles electromagnetic, Coriolis, vortex, ultrasonic, thermal mass flow, as well as special products, calibration and logistics services. The plant has one of the most accurate and largest production calibration facilities in the USA. What is the role about? As a Process Engineer for Endress+Hauser Flow USA, reporting to the Vice President of Operations & Engineering, you will be responsible for leading, deploying, and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices across our manufacturing operations. This role drives equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through strong Lean Manufacturing fundamentals, cross functional engagement, and data driven problem solving. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, building TPM capability at all levels of the organization while delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Which tasks will you perform? TPM System Deployment & Governance
Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of TPM systems aligned with E+H Flow standards
Integrate LEAN tools into TPM to eliminate losses and improve flow
Ensure TPM practices are embedded into daily management systems and standard operating procedures
Pillar Leadership & Coaching
Champion core TPM pillars, including:
Autonomous Maintenance
Planned Maintenance
Quality Maintenance
Focused Improvement & problem solving
Early Equipment Management
Training & Skills Development
Loss Elimination & Reliability Engineering
Facilitate loss analysis, breakdown reduction, and preventive maintenance optimization initiatives
Operator Development & Culture Building
Coach and train operators, technicians, and leaders on TPM principles, standards, and behaviors
Support cultural transformation toward operator ownership, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement
KPI Ownership & Visual Management
Establish and track TPM KPIs, ensuring progress is visible, sustained, and aligned with business objectives
Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to improve equipment reliability, OEE, and asset lifecycle performance
Develop systems to collect, analyze and manipulate data through Excel, Power Bi or other methods to provide data driven decisions
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate customer needs What do we expect from you? TPM experience or work in mature TPM systems
Strong Lean, data, and problemsolving background
Ability to influence and lead without authority
Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree in technical field (Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or related discipline)
3-5 years of experience leading or supporting TPM initiatives in a manufacturing environment or strong leadership experience with Lean implementation & sustainment Preferred Qualifications Experience in high volume or complex manufacturing environments
TPM, Lean, or Continuous Improvement certifications (e.g., TPM Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader)
Experience improving OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance cost performance
