You will leverage your expertise in CNC machining and mechanical design to transform complex customer requirements into efficient, high-quality manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive manufacturing processes and work orders for new product launches to ensure seamless production execution. Perform detailed project cost estimations and manage technical RFQ responses using ERP systems. Lead quality planning initiatives and conduct root cause analysis to resolve non-conformances and improve production yields. Create precise fixture designs and process documentation to support shop floor operations. Evaluate the impact of engineering change requests on cost and delivery timelines to maintain project alignment. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration through job release and post-project review meetings to drive continuous improvement. Maintain accurate technical records, including part hierarchies and revision control, within electronic project folders. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience in developing manufacturing processes for complex, high-precision projects. Strong proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and machining principles. Demonstrated ability to manage projects and communicate technical requirements effectively. Preferred Skills Experience with 3D modeling and CAD software for fixture design. Background in utilizing ERP software for manufacturing estimation and planning. Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and performance improvement activities.
