3+ years of Tooling Design experience in a manufacturing environment CAD experience for tooling and component design (SolidWorks, Creo, Inventor, AutoCAD, or similar) Experience with machining and/or tool making Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerancing, dimensioning, and material selection Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams (Electrical, Controls, Product, Quality, Manufacturing) Experience supporting low-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field
