Write custom scripts to program factory automation tools like robotics and conveyance systems.

Leverage Data :

Extract actionable insights from simulation data, employing statistical methods to validate results and predict performance.

Collaborate Across Teams :

Partner with Lean and project teams to ensure alignment with factory priorities, material flow, and operational goals.

Lead Run the Plant (RTP) projects and support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, using simulation to unlock cost savings and productivity gains. What You'll Bring to

Our Team Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering, a related technical field, OR equivalent experience. 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with simulation tools (e.g., Emulate3D, Arena, ANSYS) and digital factory tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO). Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like C#, JavaScript, or Python. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Engineering, with a focus on Industrial or Systems Engineering. Expertise in statistical modeling, data analytics, and visualization techniques. Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.

Additional Details:

Work is primarily in an office environment, with occasional weekend/evening hours as needed.
