Qualifications and Education Requirements:
+ Associate degree in a technical field OR completion of an accredited trade school program OR equivalent hands‑on manufacturing experience (typically 5+ years). + Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or automation systems used in manufacturing. + Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions. + Demonstrated troubleshooting ability in a production environment. + Experience creating or modifying manufacturing documentation (SOPs, WIs, job aids). + Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort working on the shop floor. + Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. •
Preferred Skills:
•+ Experience with CAD tools for layout updates (AutoCAD preferred). + Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience a plus). + Comfortable with Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools. + Exposure to Lean manufacturing concepts (5S, standard work, waste reduction). + Experience supporting automation projects, PLC‑driven equipment, or machine integration. + Aptitude for training and coaching operators and technicians. + Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
