  • Complex Electromechanical Products About the Role We're seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing Operations Team pursuing an ambitious product roadmap. This is a visible, cross-functional role developing and improving manufacturing processes
  • from NPI through steady-state production
  • reporting to the Sr. Operations Engineering Manager. What You'll Do Lead manufacturing process development: manufacturability (DFX, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD&T, tolerance analysis), tooling/fixture design, and equipment installation for NPI Drive cost and efficiency improvements using Lean tools
  • Value Stream Mapping, Gemba walks, time studies Own manufacturing documentation: work instructions, process control plans, ECOs, and ISO 9001/QMS-aligned rev-controlled workflows Troubleshoot production issues and support root-cause analysis on field failures and quality escapes Champion safety standards across equipment, tooling, and daily production practices Lead mid
  • to high-level projects, presenting status updates to leadership What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering 8+ years of experience in an electromechanical manufacturing environment Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills (DOE experience preferred) Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma DMAIC experience (Greenbelt a plus) Proficiency with SolidWorks, PLM tools (Arena preferred), and GD&T Key Skills Manufacturing Engineering • Lean Six Sigma • DMAIC • SolidWorks • GD&T • New Product Introduction (NPI) •
