Accepting Candidates About the role This position focuses on driving operational excellence within manufacturing by enhancing process efficiency, improving product quality, and reducing waste. You will partner with cross-functional production teams to identify gaps, implement Lean initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles
  • Lead Kaizen events to enhance efficiency across production lines
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions
  • Utilize value stream mapping, 5S, and visual management tools to optimize processes
  • Engage in daily shop floor activities and support real-time problem-solving
  • Leverage engineering and data analysis tools to improve overall manufacturing performance Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or similar roles
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Minitab, Visio, or similar applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional initiatives Compensation (MA Pay Transparency): Estimated hourly range: $50-$54/hr (W-2).
Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
