Job Description:
Process Engineer needed for a hands-on role supporting PCB assembly operations with a primary focus on AOI programming and inspection readiness. This role will work towards reducing a production backlog by developing, optimizing, and maintaining AOI programs while improving documentation and preserving process knowledge in a high?mix, low?volume manufacturing environment. You will work closely with operators, manufacturing, and quality teams on the production floor, troubleshooting AOI issues, reducing false calls, supporting SMT and PCB assembly, and assisting with first article inspections and new product introductions. Experience with AOI required, as is a solid understanding of SMT processes, PCB fabrication, schematics, and assembly documentation.
