Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and technology for robotics, is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting product development and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strategic thinking, technical credibility, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

6-24 months What's the Job? Define and own the end-to-end manufacturing test strategy across product build iterations from prototype to high-volume production. Influence product architecture, interface design, and tolerance strategies to enhance testability and streamline manufacturing processes. Create clarity from ambiguity by establishing test frameworks, standards, and decision criteria for cross-functional teams. Partner with engineering, validation, and quality teams to align verification and validation requirements with production test capabilities. Architect and deploy scalable manufacturing test systems, including test stations, HIL rigs, and inline functional/parametric tests, optimized for throughput and operator efficiency. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 10+ years of manufacturing test engineering experience for electromechanical or robotic products, including both NPI/prototype and high-volume production environments. Hands-on experience developing and deploying inline and end-of-line functional test systems, including test sequence creation and parametric data collection. Proficiency in test software/frameworks such as Lab
VIEW, NI
TestStand, or Python-based automation, along with DAQ hardware and instrumentation specification. Demonstrated ability to architect test data pipelines for dashboarding and analytics, ensuring real-time visibility and actionable insights. What's in it for me?
