Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Mechanical / Manufacturing / Process Engineer with 3-10 years of experience supporting foundry, casting, and metals manufacturing operations. This role is focused on the production floor, process validation, tooling, and manufacturing improvement—not primarily design or laboratory engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and improve foundry, casting, wax injection, and manufacturing processes. Perform process validation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and process improvements. Apply
GD&T, CMM
inspection, gaging, and dimensional inspection techniques. Support wax injection tooling/injection molding, metals, casting, and brazing processes. Work directly with manufacturing teams to resolve production and quality issues. Support fixture/gage development, manufacturing documentation, and process qualification.
Must-Haves:
B.S. in Engineering. 3-10 years of hands-on manufacturing/process engineering experience preferred. Foundry and/or casting experience. Process validation experience. Strong GD&T, CMM, and gaging experience. Experience with metals/materials engineering. Wax injection tooling/injection molding experience.
Preferred:
Minitab / statistical analysis. NX CAD. Windchill. Fixture and gage design. Brazing experience. #
GRPA Pay:
$50.00 - $53.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
