  • Develop manufacturing processes and production routings based on customer and engineering requirements.
  • Plan fabrication and assembly sequences to ensure efficient production and product quality.
  • Design, specify, and procure tooling, fixtures, and equipment required to support manufacturing operations.
  • Program CNC equipment to effectively produce components and improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Analyze and resolve manufacturing, fabrication, and tooling issues.
  • Create and revise manufacturing drawings and documentation using CAD software.
  • Support corrective action investigations and participate in MRB (Material Review Board) activities.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve cycle times, and streamline operations through process improvements.
  • Manage engineering and manufacturing projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company, customer, military, and contractual requirements. Skills and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 2-5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience supporting machining, fabrication, assembly, or other manufacturing operations.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing documentation.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience programming CNC machinery.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, or similar design software.
  • Experience working in aerospace, defense, military, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Project management experience involving process or production improvements.
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing best practices.
