Example:
masking, sanding, paint, demask, etc. Line setup and Equipment Management - Specify, coordinate installation, commission, and monitor finishing equipment such as tanks, rectifiers, fixtures, ovens, hoists, etc. Work with operations and Maintenance to communicate issues and schedule repairs. Review current process techniques on long standing products and identify and implement improvements to aids, tooling, and templates to make process more repeatable and consistent. Perform project management to meet required goals and deadlines. Coordinate with the planning team for the creation of accurate and detailed work instructions for all new and existing orders. Oversee first article qualification to ensure time and process optimization, first part acceptability, pricing evaluation, proper tooling, and proper work instruction/visual aids. Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members and departments to ensure continuous success in meeting required deadlines and product goals. Review production work instructions as needed and suggest changes/update as required. Use industry standard methodologies to help determine root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Perform document control of customer's engineering. Other duties as assigned.
