Join us, grow with us, and together, let's shape the future of biological discovery. ‎ About the opportunity As a Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, you will help drive manufacturing efficiency and profitability by implementing and maintaining automation solutions that improve capacity, quality, and cost performance. You will lead and support capital projects, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, and identify process improvements while working collaboratively across teams. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and contributing to continuous improvement in a regulated manufacturing environment. Your tasks include Implement, qualify, and maintain automation solutions for manufacturing operations. Lead and support capital equipment projects from planning through execution. Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime. Drive process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, capacity, quality, and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on equipment, process, and product development activities. Ensure compliance with GMP requirements, validation standards, and documentation practices. Provide technical expertise, training, and support for manufacturing processes and equipment. Your profile Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or process engineering. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and process optimization. Knowledge of automation technologies such as PLCs, vision systems, or industrial controls is preferred. Experience with GMP validation, technical writing, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), design reviews, or CAD is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, geographic location, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, we offer a total compensation package that includes a bonus plan and generous benefits.
