Up to $80,000/year
Schedule:
Onsite, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

Direct-Hire We are actively recruiting an experienced Process Engineer to join a popular manufacturing team. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll help improve manufacturing processes, support production efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, productivity, and operational performance. Typical Daily Duties:
+ Develop work instructions, visual aids, and process documentation to support production and quality standards
+ Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, SMED , and value stream mapping
+ Analyze workflows, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs
+ Assist with equipment installation, setup, and process validation activities
+ Train supervisors and team members on new processes, procedures, and product changes
+ Support plant safety initiatives and compliance efforts
+ Maintain production data, routings, and Bills of Operations
+ Coordinate TPM and preventive maintenance activities Requirements to be
Considered:
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
+ At least one year of process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
+ Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving
