Full-time | OnsiteJob SummaryWe are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and production of precision components using advanced additive manufacturing technologies. The engineer will work across design, manufacturing, process optimization, quality, and production to support efficient and reliable manufacturing operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and development of precision components for additive manufacturing.

Translate technical and anatomical requirements into manufacturable designs.

Set up, optimize, and monitor additive manufacturing build parameters.

Operate and oversee additive manufacturing equipment and production processes.

Troubleshoot manufacturing, equipment, and production issues.

Improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, consistency, and production workflows.

Support machining and other post-processing activities for manufactured components.

Ensure parts meet engineering specifications, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, CAD models, and technical data.

Collaborate with design, quality, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.

Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, parameters, testing, and outcomes.

Support process validation, continuous improvement, and production scale-up.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Strong foundation in mechanical and manufacturing engineering principles.

Experience with metal additive manufacturing; EBM experience is preferred, but experience with other metal additive manufacturing technologies is also valuable.

Strong proficiency with CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing, build-preparation, or related engineering software.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, CAD models, and technical data.

Knowledge of machining and post-processing techniques for precision components.

Ability to troubleshoot technical and manufacturing challenges and identify process improvements.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Familiarity with quality systems, validation processes, and regulatory requirements is preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Demonstrate strong software skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn specialized additive manufacturing processes.
