Own customer-facing quality initiatives with global impact Drive continuous improvement in a growing manufacturing environment About Our Client Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization known for delivering highly engineered products to demanding industries around the world. Job Description Serve as the primary customer contact for quality complaints, ensuring timely communication, investigation, and resolution. Lead root cause analysis activities and drive corrective and preventive actions through to completion. Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to improve product and process quality. Analyze quality performance data, identify trends, and develop improvement initiatives. Review non-conforming products and materials, utilizing statistical analysis to determine disposition and corrective actions. Support product development teams with quality planning and APQP activities. Conduct and support internal, customer, and supplier audits while coordinating corrective action responses. Monitor compliance with quality standards and facilitate continuous improvement programs. Utilize quality tools and methodologies to improve manufacturing performance and reduce defects. Educate cross-functional teams on quality systems, AIAG core tools, PPAP, APQP, and related quality requirements. Visit customers and suppliers as needed to investigate issues, conduct audits, and validate improvements. Prepare and present quality reports, performance metrics, and action plans to internal and external stakeholders. Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives across the organization. Maintain and enhance quality management systems, procedures, and documentation. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or related role. Experience managing customer quality issues and driving corrective actions to closure. Strong root cause analysis, problem-solving, and data analysis capabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Experience working within manufacturing environments and quality management systems. Knowledge of quality tools, inspection methods, and statistical analysis techniques. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma. Experience supporting audits and quality compliance activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting or data analysis software. Preferred experience with
ISO 9001, IATF
16949, APQP, PPAP, and AIAG Core Tools. Ability to travel to customer and supplier locations as needed. What's on Offer High-visibility role with direct customer engagement and business impact.
