Major Responsibilities:
Leads CNC milling process development and machining application optimization, driving improvements in capability, quality, competitiveness, and overall performance
Leads tube forming, assembly, and secondary process development, enhancing process stability, efficiency, and manufacturability
Owns end-to-end manufacturing and quality performance within the assigned value stream
Analyzes production and process data to identify trends, defects, and opportunities for capability improvement
Leads structured root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
Partners with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve process and quality-related issues
Provides technical manufacturing support to account managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Conducts internal process audits and supports external audit activities (e.g., ISO compliance and customer audits)
Reviews and approves production documentation including work instructions, control plans, and process documentation
Supports new product introductions (NPI), process validation, and APQP activities
Trains production teams on process standards, quality expectations, and best practices
Actively supports mission, vision, Code of Conduct, and Process-Based Leadership guidelines
Actively supports 5S and Safety programs across manufacturing operations
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in CNC milling applications, including process development, tooling, and machining problem solving
Proven experience applying quality system requirements and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) to support product and process launches
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or quality engineering environment
Strong working knowledge of quality and manufacturing tools (Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience preferred
Proficient with MS Office products
Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment
Strong commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement, and hands-on problem solving
