Job Description:
We're hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements, support new program launches, and enhance manufacturing performance in a dynamic production environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency Support prototype builds and new product launches Lead process improvements, feasibility studies, and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and performance Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and technical deliverables Support press room operations, equipment performance, and preventive maintenance Apply PFMEA, Control Plans, and IATF standards; implement Poka-Yoke systems Qualifications Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience) 4-5 years manufacturing engineering experience (automotive preferred) Strong background in metal stamping, forming, and press operations Project management and cross-functional leadership experience PLC experience required (Siemens, Mitsubishi; Allen-Bradley a plus) Knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process flows
