Job Description
Our client, a leading global automotive manufacturer, is seeking a Packaging Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Packaging Engineer 3, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting Packaging Development, Manufacturing, and Cross-Functional Operations teams . The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects , which will align successfully in the organization.

- Design and release packaging material specifications
- Improve packaging performance through testing and cost reduction initiatives
- Resolve complex product and packaging issues
- Coordinate packaging requirements with plants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Apply lean strategies and continuous improvement to optimize packaging processes ✅ What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related technical field
- 5-7 years of packaging engineering experience
- Strong expertise in packaging design, testing, and processes
- Ability to create technical drawings and manage multiple projects
