Manufacturing / Process Engineer - Caledonia, Michigan
We are seeking a Manufacturing / Process Engineer to lead new product introductions, improve manufacturing processes, and provide technical support throughout the production lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead NPI and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
Improve productivity, quality, labor efficiency, and material costs.
Apply Lean Manufacturing / continuous improvement techniques.
Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement solutions.
Identify and reduce ergonomic and workplace risks.
Lead process, equipment, and technology improvement projects.
Evaluate and integrate new manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent education.
Strong manufacturing/process engineering and analytical skills.
Lean Manufacturing and project leadership experience.
Strong Excel skills; Access experience preferred.
