US Must Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in Business. Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field 4+ years of experience working as a project manager/analyst Strong experience with Excel (data tracking, analytics) PowerPoint experience Creating and modifying presentations Comfortable working with cross functional teams and communicating with leadership

Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Traceability Project Analyst to support one of our automotive customers. The person in this position will work closely with manufacturing engineers across different plants to help drive process improvements, support data-driven decisions, and help the project keep moving forward.
Additional responsibilities:
Support manufacturing operations through accurate data collection, tracking, and reporting Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, performance metrics, and key findings Analyze data and present insight to leadership, helping drive informed decision making Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineers to support ongoing projects and process improvements Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Maintain organized documentation across all systems
Compensation:
$28-35/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
