Shift:

3rd Shift•Monday to Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM (4 x 10-hour shifts)

Training Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities Support manufacturing operations by improving production processes and equipment performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and increased efficiency. Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve operational performance. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process standards. Assist with new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Manufacturing Engineering experience in an industrial or production environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with process improvement and lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
