Hemlock, Michigan job type: Contract salary: $31.39 - 43.95 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead hands-on process improvements, defect reduction, and 6-Sigma initiatives to maximize manufacturing throughput for Our Client.

Collect and analyze key data sets to identify line capabilities and support experiments alongside Our Client's plant process engineering team.

Actively support root-cause identification and resolution in the manufacturing environment while ensuring safe work practices are strictly followed.

Create and maintain standard work documentation, including SOPs, job aids, and training materials, to streamline Our Client's facility operations.
