Mission:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is to optimize and sustain efficient production processes that consistently deliver high-quality products while ensuring safety. The mission is to drive efficiency and productivity by continuously improving the processes to reduce waste, increase throughput, and maximize equipment utilization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and continual improvement of the Process Flow, PFMEA within the area of assigned responsibilities. Implement and monitor process parameter monitoring systems utilizing data gathering techniques. Participate in new process design in regard to tooling, equipment, and methods. Provide engineering support for production teams, including troubleshooting complex process issues and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, PFMEA's, control plans, and validation protocols.
What we are looking for:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience in the automotive engineering industry. 5+ years' experience in related field. Foam In Place (FIP) experience a plus. Knowledge of Keyence products, Sherlock/Dalsa cameras, and Atlas Copco. Knowledge of polyurethane metering systems, robot programming (FANUC), CAD software, and statistical process control (SPC). Familiarity with automotive quality systems and standards (APQP, PPAP, IATF). Here at Antolin, we are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity in our workplace.
